v0.2: overhaul for the jam zine

The last version I shared was the game as it was at the end of the Vikings & Myths jam day. Last weekend, a jam zine was presented at RinCon: Vikings & Myths. I gave the text of A Viking Funeral an overhaul before including it in the bundle.

Updates

• The second page for the deceased has been removed. By default, the game is played without an active role for the player representing the deceased character. Instead, their role is to sit and listen as their friends process their passing.
• Scenes have been added, removed and rewritten.

• back-page for the deceased as optional rule (finalise and put back in)
• Menu indicators of scene types
